Be part of a dynamic team shaping the industrys future with ongoing longevity.Essential Role Requirements:Experience with Pile BreakingAble to read drawings and relevant documentationYou will need to be competent in the use and set up of trench boxes drag boxes and manhole boxesMust be able to use pipe lasersLay Concrete Clay and Plastic Pipes (all sizes). Ensuring pipes are tested and laid on correct bed and surroundManage ground water setting up correct size pump for the job in handEnsuring backfilling to trenches is correctBenching of all manholesExperienced working around live services and in service avoidance techniquesExternal Works/Kerbs/Edgings/slabs/block pavingHave a detailed knowledge of the correct use of materials and products relating to underground drainage road make up and formation kerbing slab laying block paving and external works (hard and soft landscaping)Able to competently carry out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks and communicate service requirements in good time to the site management teamDesirable:Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets and experienced in operating any of the following: Telehandlers Dumpers and Rollers5-10 Years experience in skilled groundworksExperienced working gangs/teams highly sought after with this roleGeneral Expectations:Reliable & punctualAble to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.Right to work in the UKWe do have high standards for the work carried out on our sites and in exchange we offer:A commitment tofair and competitive ratesOpportunities for additional contracts on prospective projectsAccess to further training as required by specific site needs* Please note that to comply with client requirements we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
