Position:Architectural Technician Location:Wakefield area Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 + PackageOur client, a growing regional residential developer, are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their expanding team. This is a key hire that will take ownership of all in-house technical drawing production, supporting a strong, cash-backed development pipeline. With several new sites launching and unit output set to increase year-on-year, this is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong technician who enjoys hands-on drawing work and wants long-term progression.
