Can you work with external contractors to ensure compliance with legislation, internal processes, and best practice to maintain safe, well-managed homes? Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Property Services team as a Contract Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless customer journey. The Contract Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various maintenance and construction projects at our properties throughout North Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. Customer visits will concentrate around the York, Tadcaster and Selby areas but office base will be at our Head Office. What You'll Be Doing: Contractor Monitoring, Evaluation and Communication: Monitor the quality of work being performed and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
