You will work alongside the other section leaders to ensure good line flow and ensure good saturation of the line. Core ResponsibilitiesProvide first line support within your area of any issues that may arise including but not limited to PPE Station Ownership Cards box blockages and tote out conveyorsComplete good to go checks daily in the correct timeframeHelp deliver and drive the GMP standards in your areaProviding feedback to team members and working with the agenciesSupport in the delivery of operational KPIs and feedback any discrepancies or missesEscalate any issues to team leaders and supervisors Reporting of any near misses or hazards and be a key part in raising the safety awareness on site. Who You ArePrevious experience in influencing/leading a teamExcellent Organisational SkillsConfident and Forward thinking team playerKnowledge of warehouse fulfillment and the importance of targets in this environmentA super-star team worker in order to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in fullExcellent attention to detail flexibility and problem solvingHigh level of computer literacy in particular google sheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead team briefsQualifications : Food Safety Level 2Additional Information : Gousto is for everyone:Whether its creating diversity in our recipes or building new teams we care about our people and the opportunities they have at Gousto.
