What's the Role?

1. Managing the team and irrigation, P&D, nutrition.
2. Full overview of the growing operation across a 5ac glasshouse, specialising in protected salad crops.
3. Collaborate with other site and owners to implement best practices and continuous improvement.
4. Hands-on role with a focus on growing fresh produce alongside great teams.

What do I need?

1. Previous experience growing produce to supply UK supermarkets.
2. Knowledge of growing protected edible crops.
3. Spray certificates and confidence in using them.
4. Experience in managing or supervising teams.
5. Willingness to take the next step in your career.
