Are you the hands-on Partner Designate we’re looking for?

This Partner Designate job in Burnley is a rare opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a reputable accountancy practice in Burnley at Partner Designate level, with the chance to make a real mark on a thriving firm of accountants and business advisors.

You’ll have a natural talent for leading a varied client portfolio, building strong relationships as clients’ senior advisor. You’ll be an effective leader, strong communicator, and demonstrate sound commercial understanding.

Job Purpose
  • Lead corporate finance advisory services to a broad range of clients.
  • Oversee an experienced team, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Develop trusted client relationships, handling complex queries.
  • Champion the strategic direction of the firm, including scoping new service lines for existing clients and building a network of new business prospects.
  • Deliver sound technical knowledge in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Provide constructive mentorship to junior staff.

Job Requirements?
  • ACA qualified, with extensive experience within practice.
  • ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification if desirable but not essential.
  • Line management experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
