Company DescriptionVenture Contracts Limited are working with a reputable groundworks and civils contractor based near Milton Keynes who are currently recruiting an Intermediary Estimator to join their team. Our client is known for their high standards of work and professionalism, working closely with many of the UK's leading main contractors and house builders. Role DescriptionThe Intermediary Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating project costs and specifications, conducting site visits, evaluating subcontractor and supplier proposals, and preparing accurate estimates for construction projects.QualificationsExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in estimating software and toolsKnowledge of construction materials & methodsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience in the construction industry is preferredRelevant degree or certification in construction or related field is a plus Salary £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.If you are interested in applying for this role, please send your CV to
