This is a great opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a leading law firm in Gravesend on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be joining a small but busy team in the accounts department, where you will be paying invoices, authorising payments and printing cheques.

Other Duties

  • Dealing with emails & phone calls from our other offices & printing any forms where necessary
  • Preparing the paying in (cheques & cash) & posting to the clients ledgers
  • Processing client bills
  • Processing Client to office transfers
  • Inputting & authorising payments

To be successful in this role it is essential you have experience working in a legal firm and have accounts experience.

Hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
