The successful candidate will be an ambassador for TIEVA who will act in a professional manner deliver exemplary customer service to our clients end users and have a can do attitude. There is a requirement to work closely with the internal IT team to assist with scheduling and delivering projects of varying scales e.g. laptop/mobile device rollouts. On occasions there will be holiday cover required for the internal IT team. The client does have a production facility on rare occasions support will be required in the facility which will require you to follow the client Health & Safety measures and wear PPE. This is a rolling schedule of 3 weeks on-site with the client and 1 week at TIEVA Head Office (LS28 5QS).
