Cover Supervisor - Sheerness | Full-Time | KS1 & KS2 Academics are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a friendly school in Sheerness. This is an exciting opportunity to work across Key Stages 1 and 2, supporting pupils and ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes across KS1 and KS2, following lesson plans provided by teachers. Support pupils in maintaining focus, engagement, and positive behaviour. Assist with basic classroom tasks and learning activities where required. Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and productive school environment. About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience covering classes in teachers' absence and working as a Cover Supervisor. Has experience working with children in a classroom setting. Is confident managing groups of pupils across different ages. Is organised, reliable, and able to follow guidance from teaching staff. Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
