Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of in-house models, replacing reliance on external feeds.
  2. Design internal code libraries to streamline the model development process.
  3. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding as the new codebase is developed.
  4. Develop tools for backtesting quant models against the market and external feeds.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our technical platforms.
  6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and statistical methodologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelors/Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Theoretical Physics, or similar.
  2. PhD in Statistics or another area involving lots of work with messy data (e.g., Physics, Computational Biology).
  3. Extensive background in Bayesian inference, state-space models, filtering algorithms, etc.
  4. Excellent programming skills and experience implementing efficient algorithms for high-dimensional problems (ideally with TensorFlow, Julia, Google JAX).
  5. Any prior exposure to sports modelling would be a major advantage, but we will consider candidates with limited work experience.

Why Join Us:

  1. Be part of a leading company in the gaming and gambling industry.
  2. Work on cutting-edge technology and innovative projects.
  3. Collaborate with a team of passionate and skilled professionals.
  4. Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.
  5. Generous pension scheme (Amelco to match up to 7% contribution)
  6. Discretionary bonus
  7. High-end working space
  8. Company social events for team bonding

Location:
