Director Strategic InnovationGroup Innovation and Digital Partnerships (IDP) is responsible for leading the group-wide approach to innovation driving customer-centric growth through strategic forms of digital partnerships emerging technologies the enablement of innovation and strategic pursuits ensuring the bank stays ahead of disruptors. Key areas of focus include:Leading partnerships with strategic technology providers top innovation hubs and universities Delivery of common innovation platforms capabilities tools and best practices. Driving a culture of innovation through talent upskilling innovation challenges and external FinTech events.
