About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Pharmacovigilance professional to lead and develop Bionicals Pharmacovigilance (PVG) service for Early and Expanded Access Programs (EAP). The VP Pharmacovigilance will be responsible for building a high-quality compliant service offering ensuring operational excellence and supporting the companys long-term growth strategy.What will your job look like- You will develop and implement Bionicals EAP Pharmacovigilance service offering ensuring it meets regulatory standards and aligns with market opportunities- You will lead and mentor a high-performing PVG team drive process improvements and operational efficiencies and represent Bionical in key client and industry interactionsWhat will you need to succeed- You will have extensive experience in global pharmacovigilance with a strong understanding of EU GVP and US FDA legislation ideally including experience within Early or Expanded Access Programs- You will bring strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage complex PVG operations build client relationships and deliver high-quality compliant servicesWhat will you get in returnWe want you to do your best work We care about our peoples well-being their personal development and providing a true work-life balance.
