Job DescriptionMaintenance Electrician - PPM OnlyCroydonPermanent Full TimeSalary to 40000 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and PackageWe are working with a national facilities management contractor who have an excellent industry reputation look after their staff well and have very established and stable contracts nationally.Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit an electrician to join the team.Role:As a maintenance electrician your duties will include but not be limited to the following:Electrical maintenance works - ppm onlyTaking delivery of materials checking delivery notes and handing them to the foremanCarrying out reactive and planned maintenance work on all electrical equipment on the clients asset registerComplete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each FridayMake recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports if necessary.Completing Planned Maintenance works in accordance with the client specificationCompile list of remedial works required after PPM visitAssist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial worksOrder job materials and submit copy paperwork to the Head Office each FridayAttend training and H & S courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager.In the event of an accident report to your nominated First Aider who will be introduced to you during your site induction.Complete accident report forms as directed by your site foreman/Contracts ManagerPerson:You will be an experienced and qualified electrician - level 3 18thYou will have good skills within electrical maintenance specifically in ppms as this role will be largely electrical ppm worksFull UK driving licenceYou will have previously worked on commercial buildings.Happy with a mobile role throughout the regionPackage:Base salary to 40000Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:30pmCompany vehicleTravel paid door to doorCallout rota 1 in 4 - 125 standby fee - 4 hour minimum paid if called out at overtime ratesOvertime available20 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPensionGenuine progression in a friendly and growing business.
