This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to contribute to the success of students.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up testing rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available- Greet and check-in test takers verifying their identification- Explain testing procedures and rules to test takers- Monitor test takers during exams to ensure compliance with guidelines- Respond to any questions or concerns raised by test takers- Collect completed exams and ensure they are securely stored- Maintain a calm and professional testing environmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteIf you are passionate about education and have a keen eye for detail we encourage you to apply for the position of Exams Invigilator.
