The RoleWorking within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for abalanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance , ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipmentEffective fault-finding and breakdown response in a time-critical production environmentSupporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiativesWorking closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standardsThis role operates on a2/3s Panama shift pattern , rotatingdays and nights , providing a structured rota and competitive earning potential.
