Make your mark as Project Offshore Administrator at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen.  You will assist the project team with all project administrative activities during an offshore project. Additionally you will manage all project documentation in conjunction with offshore teams.This role will consist of 10-hour shifts on a rotational basis.Your responsibilities as a Project Offshore Administrator:The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;Contribute to achieving the NINA objectives of our company all activities within area of responsibility must be in accordance with the BSS Management SystemProvide administrative support to assigned projects and project teamsManage crew changes in conjunction with the offshore VMT and OPOs with regards to personnel embarking and disembarkingSupport the OCM/camp boss in the allocation of project and client cabinsAdministration of SHOC cards into the synergi systemSupport project team familiarization on the vessel as identified in the BSS Project Matrix ensuring all completed role familiarizations are sent to the C&T department for recordingRaise RTPs by offshore VMT and vessel heads of department as requestedComplete Daily Progress Report accurately and distribute in a timely manner to all relevant departments and stake holders as indicated and identified by the Project ManagerProvide and distribute Minutes of Daily Progress Meeting to all relevant departments and stake holders as indicated and identified by the Project Manager  in a timely mannerOn receipt of signed (freelance) personnel time sheets file in project file treeSupport the vessel OMT to ensure personnel assessments are completed and sent to the C&T team for processingComplete BSS Commercial Invoices and BSS Manifests in conjunction with offshore project engineers and heads of departmentProvide support to Senior Project Administrator as required.Qualifications : Your Qualities and QualificationsYou can make your mark as an Project Offshore Administrator if you have: A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a fast-paced working environment (Energy Sector desirable).Strong IT skills particularly MS Office packages and Databases.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Strong accuracy and attention to detail.What you can expectA dynamic environment: A job that allows you to collaborate with a talented team of experts from different backgrounds and contribute to making a significant impact.Rewarding conditions: Besides a competitive salary you will be part of a contributory pension scheme private medical insurance and death in service benefit.Career development: We offer you plenty of opportunities to bring out the best in yourself for example through (online) courses at our Boskalis academy.  Extra informationYour team:  you will report to the Senior Project Offshore Administrator.Where you will work: Your location will be the Aberdeen office.Full/part- time job: The position of Project Offshore Administrator is a permanent role and will be offered on a Guaranteed Days Contract basis.Next steps: Apply easily by completing the online application form.
