The program ensures all four-year-old children attending long day care or community preschool services have equitable access to important health and development checks.As the Administration Officer you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians by coordinating service visits across preschools in the Hunter New England region. Youll manage scheduling data entry payroll tasks clinic organisation and resource management that keep the service running smoothly.This position also supports the HNEKids ADHD Service where duties include appointment booking welcoming families to the clinic medical typing and general administrative functions that contribute to a positive and efficient patient experience.Its a varied and rewarding role that blends coordination communication and teamwork in a purpose-driven environment.About Us:Based at Wallsend Health Campus you will be part of a dedicated administrative team supporting community paediatric services across HNELHD.
