Early Years Practitioner - fixed term until 18/12/2026Gracemount Primary School NurserySalary: £29,173 - £33,287 (pro-rata for part time and sessional)Hours: 15.5 per week, 39 weeks sessionalMonday and Tuesday An exciting opportunity has arisen at Gracemount Primary School Nursery. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team on a part time basis. In this exciting time for working in ELC, we hope that you are as inspired as we are by the current potential for improving the lives of children, and that you will relish the vital role that you can have in making children's rights a lived reality.Our nursery delivers Early Learning and Childcare to children during term time. The hours will be worked on Mondays and Tuesdays between the hours of 7.45am-4pm.This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check.
