Are you an Apprentice Trained, Experienced CNC Turner who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-engineered components? If so, we would like to hear from you We require CNC Turners to work on a permanent basis for various clients across Plymouth. If you would like to work for business who put people at the heart of their cultures these are the opportunities for you What Youll Do: Set, operate, and program CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. Work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds to achieve optimum performance. Inspect and verify finished components using precision measuring equipment. Maintain machine performance and ensure consistent quality standards. Collaborate with other engineering departments towards Continuous Improvement. What Were Looking For: Recognised Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant Engineering discipline. Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Ideally with Fanuc and / or Mazak). Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances. An excellent eye for detail and commitment to producing first-class work. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. A passion for precision and pride in craftsmanship.
