Type: Full TimeTime: PermanentLocation: Manchester (hybrid)Working Pattern: +2 days working from the office, 3 days remoteDepartment: Total Rewards - GlobalThe Compensation Analyst (Global) is a newly created, projects-based role within the Total Reward team, reporting to the Global Reward Projects Lead. This position will support strategic global reward initiatives, including benchmarking, pay transparency compliance, and harmonisation of compensation approaches.
