Managing afleet of 20-40 vehicles , you'll overseemulti-drop, groupage, and general haulageoperations, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and service delivery. You'll lead, coach, and develop a skilled team of Transport Planners and drivers - bringing out the best in your people and driving continuous improvement across the department.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily transport operations across multiple UK sites.Lead and develop a team of Transport Planners and operational staff.Ensure full compliance with transport legislation and Operator Licence requirements.Oversee planning, routing, and vehicle utilisation for multi-drop and groupage services.Deliver operational excellence, cost control, and customer satisfaction.Foster a motivated, high-performing team culture.About YouManager CPC qualification - ESSENTIALExperience managing amulti-drop, groupage, or general haulageoperation.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.Strong organisational and communication skills.Commercially astute, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement.The CompanyThis well-established,medium-sized logistics brandemploys around200 staff across four UK sites .
