Youll develop your expertise by working on real projects laying the groundwork for a future leadership role.WHAT TO EXPECTOur scheme consists of varying rotations all based in our Bradford office across our exciting BBS functions:Accounting OperationsHR OperationsLegal OperationsTech SolutionsTech Run & InnovateTech TransformationDuring the programme youll build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different territories and markets and experience different roles to help accelerate your growth. Over two years youll rotate through three different teams across BBS giving you a taste for a variety of potential career paths you may choose to follow.Year oneYour first year will be two placements of six months enabling you to gain great operational experience and setting you up for your final year.Year twoThe final year gives you the opportunity to be involved in developing how we use cutting edge technology to make improvements and implement technology solutions to real world business challenges.We will fully fund and support a technology related post graduate qualification.
