DescriptionJoin our Workforce Data and Analytics TeamAre you passionate about data and eager to make a difference East Sussex County Council is seeking a Workforce Analytics Advisor to help drive evidence-based decision-making across our organisation.We are a small collaborative team dedicated to delivering all things people data and HR systems related to customers right across the teamwork and camaraderie help us solve complex analytics challenges and deliver innovative solutions.The team is part of our wider HR and Organisational Development (HROD) service. We pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking service with a great reputation. This role will work alongside colleagues in our Recruitment Team and Employee Services as well as the wider service.The day-to-day will involve maintaining and updating structures in our HR information system ensuring the data is accurately entered.
