Their extensive network allows for a wide array of opportunities and market reach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant located in Kettering (NN16). The Shared Ownership Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing and closing sales of shared ownership properties developing and maintaining relationships with customers conducting property viewings and providing accurate market information. The consultant will also be tasked with helping to promote and market the shared ownership scheme advising customers on their eligibility and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.Qualifications & RequirementsSales and Customer Service skills: Experience in property sales shared ownership schemes and building customer relationships.Communication and Interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with buyers in a professional manner at all times.Organisational and Time Management skills: Detail-oriented with strong organisational capabilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the Property Market: Understanding of the residential sales market and shared ownership schemes is preferred but not essentialIT skills: Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word etc.) and knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageousRelevant Qualifications: Previous experience in the property sales sector is a plus.A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle are required for travel to the site.Required Experience:Contract Key Skills Sales Experience,Direct Sales,Door-to-Door Experience,B2B Sales,Customer Service,Communication skills,Basic Math,Retail Sales,Analysis Skills,High-end Sales,Outside Sales,negotiation Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
