🔍Senior Ecommerce Manager (CRO)🛒High Growth DTC Brand 📍London (2 days office based)💸£60,000 - £80,000We are working with a leading, high-growth D2C scale up that is at a pivotal point in it's journey. With a strong UK and US footprint and ambitious revenue targets, they are now in need of a dedicated Senior Ecommerce CRO Lead to unlock conversion.This is a unique opportunity to own the entire customer journey on their Shopify+ website - from shaping strategy to executing tests, you'll be instrumental in turning traffic into measurable growth. You will have a direct line to the founder as well as the CMO.This is not just a CRO role. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between product, storytelling and design—someone who balances a strategic mindset with attention to detail, from microcopy and layout to the brand narrative that builds trust and drives loyalty.About the RoleDefine and lead the CRO strategy, prioritisation model, and testing roadmapAudit and optimise key entry points to remove friction and boost conversionRun a continuous A/B and multivariate testing programme with speed and precisionEnhance merchandising UX, bundling, cross-sell and upsell flowsWork closely with senior leaders to bring brand storytelling to life through digital journeysAbout YouProven track record of owning CRO for a high-growth D2C ecommerce brandShopify expert (ideally)Experience running and implementing experiments end-to-endStrong understanding of GA4, GTM, heatmaps and experimentation platformsAbility to adjust Shopify themes directly or brief developers effectivelyA data-driven mindset combined with commercial and UX awarenessThrives in a fast-paced, scale up DTC environmentApply now or send your CV directly to laura@3searchgroup.com 📩We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants.
