CMA Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnering with a business who are market leaders within the UK to help them recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant for c3 months. 

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Accurate processing, coding, and matching of invoices in accordance with group policies.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner, on a timely basis and to comply with statutory requirements.
  • Review of invoices on hold and clear in a timely manner.
  • Perform supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • A good team character is important as you will be working as part of the wider finance function to meet deadlines.
  • IT literate including MS Excel/Outlook.
  • Ability to resolve and reconcile issues with limited supervision.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
