Job DescriptionA great opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join an established and successful food manufacturing organisation based in North Yorkshire. Reporting into the Technical Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality on site. This is a permanent position offering competitive salary and excellent benefits.As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for:Managing the day to day activities of the QA TeamImplementing and managing the quality improvement plans for siteManaging and developing the QA teamManage KPIs Ensure site quality management systems are implementedAct as Site Lead for Quality projectsThe ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role ideally within food manufacturing. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and an understanding of risk-based quality management systems is essential for this role. You should have a proven track record of managing teams and the ability to drive quality standards by successfully driving standards.
