You will run short 1:1 and small-group sessions for KS3 and KS4, model clear worked examples, and guide practice that builds accuracy and speed. You will use simple diagnostics to spot misconceptions in algebra, fractions and ratio, geometry and data, then fix them with step-by-step routines and retrieval. You will prepare lean resources that mirror department methods and feed gains back into lessons. As you grow, you will observe expert teachers, co-plan sequences, teach segments, and move to leading full lessons with close mentoring. You will track impact with brief notes, align next steps with class teachers, and keep behaviour and safeguarding procedures tight.The Candidate & Requirements:You are methodical, organised and precise in your explanations.
