Air Conditioning Engineer £45,000 + OT available Covering London within the M25 Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team and cover sites across London in the M25.. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of air conditioning systems found within commercial buildings. Our client is a well established building services provider who are looking for a number of engineers to join them due to their growth. They really appreciate every member of the team that works for them meaning you will not be just a number, you will be a pivotal part of their team.  Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of air conditioning systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to identify and implement effective solutions. Perform F Gas checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Work independently and efficiently as a mobile AC engineer. Basic building services PPM’s (Minor Fabric, Electrical and Plumbing, about 10% off the time) Requirements: F Gas qualification is essential. Proven prior experience as a mobile AC engineer. Knowledge of various AC systems and their components. Working knowledge of general building maintenance/services/ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
