The Mortgage Advisor Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Broker for the company, you will be joining and established team and brilliant work environment.

The leads that you will receive are from an established client base, trusted introducers, referrals and are all high quality with an exceptional conversion rate, allowing you to spend more time providing an exceptional level of care to your clients.

The Mortgage Advisor Package

• Office based in Stanmore
• Basic Salary £30k
• No Validation
• Tiered Commission structure up to 30%
• 20 Holidays per year + 1 day per year of service (25 days total) plus bank holidays
• Funded and supported career training
• Career progression

Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor position available

• 60% Commission Leads Self-Generated
• 40% Commission Leads Provided

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• CeMap Qualified or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Proven track record of mortgage sales
• Natural ability to build rapport and lasting relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A solid understanding of the UK property market
• Positive and proactive attitude
