This role is suited to someone who is technically strong, confident in leading project delivery and keen to help shape the future direction of a growing, people-focused organisation.The Role - Associate Fire EngineerLead the production of fee proposals, fire strategy reports and specialist technical documentation. * Attend client meetings, oversee site surveys and provide clear, authoritative fire strategy advice. * Review architectural drawings to identify approval risks, design challenges and opportunities to enhance value. * Carry out evacuation time calculations and Means of Escape analysis. * Oversee computational evacuation modelling and ensure technical outputs are robust. * Complete and verify advanced fire engineering calculations including radiant heat, smoke control and occupant evacuation. * Provide third party reviews and design verification. * Maintain a strong working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and building standards. * Mentor engineers at all levels, supporting their technical and professional development. * Contribute to leadership discussions, business planning and strategic objectives. * Play an active role in maintaining a positive, collab...
