Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential of extension.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing? The Benefits Lead will have a strong focus on leading and facilitating improvements to a number of benefits programs, through to an outsourcing model.Challenging the current status quo, working across the Benefit Teams to ensure the proposes changes help reduce the administration and errors whilst remain compliant with our legal obligations.Find way to capture all required data collection points (T&Cs) within our current software solution (oracle knowledge would be an advantage).Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the workflow process of a number o...
