This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. The salary ranges from £32,000 to £35,000.Let's talk about the role. It involves:Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects managementRegular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft teams and written emailsDelivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlordsRenewing & negotiating tenancy agreementsCompleting inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party
