Smart Repairer - Oldham area

Our client, an excellent family owned franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experienced Smart Repair Technician.

Salary: £40k basic

£55k-£60k OTE Uncapped and REALISTIC with guys earning much more.

As a Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out small body repairs on vehicles.

You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales.

Duties will include:

  • Refurbishing painted alloy wheels
  • Refurbishing and renovating used cars ready for re-sale.
  • Attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents, windscreen abrasions/chip repair
  • General interior refurbishment and other similar duties.

About You

Previous experience as a Smart Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential.

Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial as they're looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

They're looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of repair with strong attention to detail.

Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.

Working hours/days:

Flexible 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday - Site is open 7:30am to 5:30pm, flex start/finish times.
