This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plating technician with hands-on experience in precision metal finishing to work on high-integrity components used in safety-critical environments. About the Role As an Electroplater, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of specialised metal finishing processes to support the overhaul and repair of aerospace components. You will work within a dedicated plating shop, applying your technical knowledge and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Plating & Finishing Activities - Perform cadmium plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, and related electroplating processes - Carry out heat treatment operations in accordance with technical specifications - Prepare components through cleaning, masking, stripping, and surface conditioning - Operate plating baths, rectifiers, ovens, and associated equipment safely and effectively - Monitor bath chemistry, temperatures, and parameters to maintain process stability Quality & Compliance - Ensure all work meets aerospace standards and engineering specifications - Conduct inspecti...
