An exciting PE backed company within the health and wellness space are currently looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager to support the growth of the business. They have an international presence are looking to expand into new cities and countries in the next few years. The company has an exceptional senior management team and this role will be working alongside the Finance Director.


As Commercial Finance Manager your role will involve the following:


  • Working with the Business to develop business planning tools, including financial models
  • Production of period (month/quarter/year) end consolidated management packs and shareholder reporting
  • Providing monthly financial analysis and insight into the commercial performance of the business proactively identifying and analysing trends, issues and other factors and communicating them as appropriate throughout the organisation
  • Building robust, open and advisory relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Compiling and developing monthly reporting packs & KPI’s for individual sites
  • Responsible for the design, development and co-ordinating the running of the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles from a P/L and Commercial point of view
  • Responsible for loan covenant compliance and bank reporting
  • Preparation of weekly dashboard reporting for stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting CAPEX spend for stakeholder


The role requires a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) who has a strong FP&A and Business Partnering background. You must have worked in a fast paced, growth consumer focused business, have good financial modelling skills and be an excellent communicator.


The role is paying a strong basic salary, bonus and package with hybrid working. The company is based in the City Centre of Manchester.
