Job Description:

As a Senior Java Developer, you will leverage your 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain complex banking applications. Your expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, and Microservices will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack and delivering high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient systems that meet both user needs and business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Microservices Architecture: Create and manage microservices to enhance modularity and flexibility within the banking systems.
  • Spring Framework: Utilize Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.) to build and deploy applications efficiently.
  • Frontend Development: Develop user interfaces using Angular, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
  • Banking Domain Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of the banking sector to drive development of solutions that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
  • Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews. Optimize application performance and address issues as they arise.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior developers, collaborate with other teams, and provide technical leadership in projects.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, and provide support for applications in production environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the banking and financial services industry, and incorporate best practices into development processes.


Requirements/Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Java development, with significant experience in Spring Framework, Angular, and Microservices.
  • Proficient in Java (J2SE and J2EE) and related technologies.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Spring modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular for frontend development.
  • Proven experience with microservices architecture and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API development.
  • Banking Domain: Deep understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
