Serving our guests clients and team members is ourPASSIONBe part of something greatJOIN OUR FAMILYwherePeople are Paramount. #LHGWhereYouBelongCore Responsibilities:Complete opening duties:Set up work station with required tools equipment and supplies according to standards.Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools equipment and supplies.Check production schedule and pars.Establish priority items for the day.Inform the Chef/Kitchen Mgr. of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the days tasks.Transport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areas.Start prep work on items needed for the particular menu of the day.Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides according to department standards.Inform the Chef/ Kitchen Mgr. of any shortages before the item runs out.Inform F&B service staff of 86d items and the amount of available menu specials throughout the meal period.Qualifications: One Year experience as a line cook at a hotel or full-service restaurantAbility to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hireCommensurate or transfer skill set is of primary importanceGood attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required Wellness Benefits: MedicalDentalVisionGenerous Paid Time OffColonial Life Supplemental Insurance Planning for the Future: 401(k) with company matchLife insuranceManager In Training ProgramDevelopment OpportunitiesPaycors OnDemand Pay Rewards: Incentive-based bonus programEmployee discountsDiscounts for friends and family Our focus is to deliver genuine heart-felt service - service to our guests service to our community and service to each other.
