The Angel Inn,Stoke-by-Nayland, our recently refurbished 11-bedroom hotel andrecently awarded 3 AA Rosette Restaurant on the Essex/Suffolkborder, is now looking for a Front of HouseManager.

As Front of House Manager, you willoversee the creation of a positive atmosphere, encouragingcustomers to come back time and time again, and in turn torecommend The Angel to others. This role requires multitasking,problem-solving skills, and excellent customer serviceabilities.

You will also have strongorganisational skills, be it employee scheduling or customerwaiting lists, to ensure the team of employees functions seamlesslytogether and customers get the best hospitality experiencepossible.

As Front of House Manager, you will beable to listen to your colleagues and customers alike and respondwith empathy, encouraging suggestions from others and using themwhere applicable. You will be able to demonstrate that you candrive a team forward with confidence, inspiring dedication andloyalty, and empowering them to go the extramile.
