Job Title - Interim AccountantJob Type - Remote or HybridJob Location - Scottish BordersIndustry - ManufacturingDay rate - £200Job Duration - 3 MonthsAre you an experienced Accountant ready to dive into a challenging and rewarding interim role with, a leading player in the Manufacturing sector?Our Client needs an Interim Accountant to provide expert tax year-end support and drive their audit process forward.If you have manufacturing experience, a strong background in year-end reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and an understanding of group structures, you might be the self-starting professional we're looking for.In this role, you will be able to work with their four trading subsidiaries, making an impact from day one.This contract opportunity will last around 3 months allowing you to showcase your skills while contributing to the success of the Group. * Drive tax year-end support and oversee the audit process * Utilize expertise in year-end reporting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Understand and navigate group structures within the manufacturingPreferred Requirements: * Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics - preferred but not essential. * Proficiency in year-end reporting * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and group structures * Ability to work independently and hit the ground running * Experience in overseeing audit processesPreferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) * QBE may also apply. * Experience with tax year-end procedures
