Join Our Team: Project Manager - Specialist DrillingLocation: Warrington, Chester Le Street or Daventry | UK Travel RequiredSalary: £38,000 per annum + Company Car AllowanceWe are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Specialist Drilling division at Igne. You’ll be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects from initial enquiry through to completion across borehole drilling, pumps, and water system servicing. Are you a Site Engineer who would like to move to an office based role?We are Igne Group Limited, a synergetic amalgamation of six companies, renowned within our respective fields, with over 350 years of combined experience. A one-stop shop for pre- and post-construction services, Igne’s six service categories are: ground investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, specialist drilling, geothermal, and geo-environmental.If you want to join an innovative, fast-paced, and dedicated team who are making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from quotation to completion, ensuring all client requirements are metConduct site visits with both corporate and domestic clientsProgramme and coordinate works effectivelyLiaise with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleEnsure adequate resources (rigs, engineers, technicians) are available to meet demandOversee fieldwork delivery and maintain commercial and technical recordsManage project finances, including accurate measurement and timely invoicingWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in project management within drilling, water systems, or similar environmentsStrong understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressureRelevant industry experience (both field and office preferred)Full valid UK driving licenceSalary & Benefits:£38,000 per annum + Company Car Allowance33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Continuous training and developmentMedical cashback planDeath in service schemeReal Living Wage EmployerWe are a Real Living Wage Employer, a Disability Confident Employer, and signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant.
