We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and experienced Senior Sales Asociate to join our team in Notting Hill. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where your passion for fashion and sales skills will be highly valued. 

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding personal and team sales goals as well as creating and developing an exceptional customer experince. Suitable applicants will be passionate about fashion, have experience in creating, developing and maintaining good relationships with existing and new clients. The ability to quickly pull together outfits, offer suggestions and alternatives with confidence is imperative 

We are accepting applications for part- or full-time positions. Please note that the store is open seven days a week.

Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Pricing, Inventory taking, processing deliveries and preparing stock for the shop floor
  • Conducting team meetings 
  • Staff training 
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store and stockroom 
  • Liaising with the manager and owner 

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion retail sales
  • Experience in shop floor/retail styling assistance 
  • Confidence in reaching sales targets
  • Experience in building a rapport with clients
