This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Compliance across multiple engineering projects supporting delivery through the full lifecycle and ensuring all programmes meet MOD and EU standards. Youll work closely with multi-disciplinary project teams, providing technical leadership, regulatory oversight, and clear safety guidance within a complex engineering environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Safety and Environmental Management Plans (SEMP) and Safety & Environmental Cases (SECR) in accordance with UK MOD processes.Chair and coordinate Safety & Environmental Committee meetings (internal and external).Support product compliance with EU Directives, including the creation of technical files and
