Factory Operative - Temp to Perm - Quick Starts - Training and Progression We are looking for a Factory Operative in the Colchester area for an immediate start - This is working on a rotating shift pattern that includes days, nights and weekends with days off built into the shift.After completion of 2 weeks training, you will be reasonable for running production machinery.Duties of the Factory Operative;Safe and efficient running of the machinesAssisting skilled machinist Achieving targeted output goalsCleaning down machinery during material changesUndertaking quality control task and performing quality checksManual tasks, such as supplying product for manufacturingCompleting associated paperworkThe ideal Machine Operator;Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production preferredGood communication skills Good level of numeracy Local to Colchester to be able to work the shifts or own transportLooking for a long term role Hours;Working on a rotating 12 hours shift pattern (including days, nights and weekends)(There will be a 2 week training period on a day shift first)£12.21 Temp benefits:Weekly pay 20 days holiday + 8 BHExtra shifts availableOnce permanent:Competitive pay rates28 days holiday + BH (built in shift pattern + extra flexi days)Life assurance Health care plan Ongoing training and developmentExtra shiftsINDIJ
