We're seeking a skilled Designer to join our Tapered Roofing team in a full-time, permanent role. This position offers hybrid working flexibility, with only occasional visits to our head office in Pembridge, Herefordshire required each month. Overview of the Tapered Roofing Designer position As our Tapered Roofing Designer, you will provide a design service for Kingspan external clients and internal departments. You will be supporting Kingspan sales by facilitating the following to the client's requirements and needs, and offering best advice and practice to achieve solutions within our product range: Thermal performance confirmation; Compatibility of the detail's elements within application; Flat roofing drainage solutions. Your responsibilities as our Tapered Roofing Designer: Designing Tapered system schemes for the clients (architects, main contractors and subcontractors) through best practice considering thermal performance, elements compatibility and commercial expectations. Each design opportunity having correct material whilst achieving the required thermal performance (‘U' value) to client's specification and design intent.
