The ideal management company will bring a happy and engaged team to the Royal Oak, ensuring it is the place to go for a familiar face, to watch a game or to enjoy family fun in the garden.

The Royal Oak is well-loved for its delicious food, so experience in delivering an epic food menu would be invaluable. We are looking to work with a management company with a shared vision of ensuring the Royal Oak is the place to be for all occasions.

The Pub

The Royal Oak is perfectly set up to welcome guests into a warm pub environment. It has an open plan layout but with a characterful and traditional feel, featuring unique accents, plenty of comfortable seating and original stone fireplaces. There is also a dedicated games room with a pool table and darts area and a plethora of TV screens dotted around the pub. The Royal Oak is versatile, transforming from the perfect place to enjoy a cosy meal with friends in the colder months to a vibrant and lively summer venue. With two sunny terraces, a lovely beer garden and a childrens play area its the place to be to watch the sun set over the village.

The Royal Oak is on the main road through the picturesque village of Exminster, just 10 minutes from Exeter. The village is on the River Exe and has a beautiful estuary. It has a true community feel and is the perfect place to host key local activities throughout the year, designed to bring the community together for all occasions.

As your own boss of your management company you will be at the forefront of your team, engaging with guests and developing a strong relationship with your neighbours, welcoming them through the pubs doors. This exciting opportunity comes with spacious three bedroom domestic accommodation above the pub.

The Partnership Fixed

Ready to kick start your own Management Company, manage your own team, and define your own wage structure? Love working closely with an Operations Manager in providing the right management services to build an incredible pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand out guest experience? Then the Punch Management Partnership Contract is the perfect option.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub its your structure to own. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
