This school has brilliant SEN facilities to support pupils with a variety of SEN and Learning Difficulties and allow them to excel throughout their schooling. This specialised role requires a candidate with an understanding of Autism and an appreciation of positive behaviour support.The Role - Positive Behaviour Support AssistantSupporting in classes as assigned across KS3, KS4, KS5Leasing with SLT, SENCO and Teachers on pupil performance and devising action plansSupporting students with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties 1:1 and in group sessions with their academics and well-being£105 - £110 per dayMonday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm, Long-termThe Ideal Candidate - Positive Behaviour Support AssistantUnderstanding and experience working with pupils with autism and severe learning difficultyAppreciating of positive behaviour support methodsDedicated to providing high-quality care and support for pupils with SENDHave a 2:1 or 1:1 from a reputable universityHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleaguesThe School - Positive Behaviour Support AssistantHas excellent facilities and resources, and teachers are supported by a team of experienced and dedicated staffFantastic SEN provisions - bespoke rooms and equipment'Outstanding' institution that has a reputation for excellence in educationExcellent transport linksLocated in WestminsterApply for this Positive Behaviour Support Assistant opportunity by sending your CV to Charlie at EdEx.
