Your responsibilities will include handling cost calculations, reviewing plans, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring competitive tenders.Key Responsibilities:Cost Calculations: Handle cost calculations for projects, considering labor, materials, and other expenses.Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for clients based on project requirements.Plan Review: Review architectural plans and engineering drawings to understand project scope and requirements.Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing information for materials and services.Tender Submissions: Assist in compiling and submitting competitive tenders.Budget Management: Track construction expenses and ensure projects stay within budget.Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Qualifications and Experience:Experience: At least 5 years of experience in estimating for groundwork and RC frame projects.Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is preferred.Skills: Strong communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tenders.Working knowledge of various forms of contracts
