Optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and scalability. Lead operational reviews and service health assessments. Advocate for customer needs within AWS, including feature requests. Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly. Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions. Maintain technical documentation and best practices. 🎯 What You BringAWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer). Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT). 5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments. Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
